Duck for Dinner?

Tonight’s dinner - seared duck breast with a malbec pomegranate reduction and steamed sweet potatoes. I paired it with a 2008 Spur Espuela del Gaucho Malbec - fruit forward with notes of cherry, a hint of creamy oak and silky dark chocolate tannins.
